We learned pretty quickly that the primary goal of these other websites, at least as we inferred from their policies and practices, was to make money, not to help people find relationship partners or lead richer, happier lives. We were quite troubled by this discovery. We thought that subscribers to these online dating services deserved better. A lot better. So we decided to build our own online dating website, one that: truly serves the best interests of its users; places paramount importance on the fulfillment of people's desire for companionship rather than on profit; and provides the best online dating experience possible. What we came up with is BrightSpotDating.com.
